The “fruit ripeness” facet is food object quality class that implicitly deals with raw plant material. It mostly pertains to fruit (and to fruits as vegetables).
Note that this facet used to be called “degree of plant maturity” but that class’s label and subclass’s definitions were ambiguous about reference to whole plant or plant part; we have narrowed the semantics to apply to fruit.
For graph databases, use the “has quality” object property to link a given food item to a “fruit ripeness” descriptor.
